Vicesima's own training system — online HSE training for employees and subcontractors.
VITRIX is Vicesima's own training platform, built on experience gained working with leading fuel and construction companies. It makes it possible to train and verify the knowledge of an unlimited number of employees and subcontractors in a short time, and we adapt the look of the system to the client's visual identity.
Why we built VITRIX
With a large workforce and high turnover, classroom training becomes a bottleneck: a group has to be assembled, a date and a room found — and meanwhile a new starter waits for clearance to enter the site. VITRIX was built to shorten that process: the employee takes the training and the test when it suits them, and the employer sees the result immediately.
We built the platform on the experience gained providing HSE and environmental services to leading fuel and construction companies — that is, where the demands placed on employees and subcontractors tend to exceed the statutory minimum.

Who it suits
VITRIX works wherever new people regularly enter a site: production plants, construction sites, companies with dispersed branches, and operators of networks of facilities such as filling stations.
E-learning in OHS training — the legal basis
The Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27 July 2004 on training in occupational health and safety was supplemented in 2007 to clarify guided self-study based on materials supplied by the training organiser, in particular using the internet. Part of the training may therefore be delivered as e-learning, and the employer avoids the cost of individual sessions for single employees.
