Accredited laboratory testing
Accredited sampling of air, water and wastewater.
The Polish Environmental Protection Law (Article 147a) requires measurements of emission levels and other conditions of environmental use to be performed by an accredited laboratory. Vicesima provides accredited sampling of air, water and wastewater, with analysis in a laboratory accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA).
VICESIMA operates first and foremost within the framework of applicable law. We have therefore ensured that we meet the requirements set out in the consolidated text of the Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1232).
The legal basis
Article 147a(1): the operator of an installation and the user of equipment are obliged to ensure that measurements of emission levels or of other conditions of environmental use are carried out by an accredited laboratory within the meaning of the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system.
What we provide
