Privacy policy
How we process personal data and use cookies on vicesima.com.
Vicesima Sp. z o.o. respects the personal data of the users of this website. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights data subjects have.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Vicesima Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Plac Solny 14, 50-062 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0000337859, VAT ID PL 897-17-55-768, REGON 021077851.
For all matters concerning personal data you can contact us at info@vicesima.com or by phone on the number given in the footer.
Protection of personal data
Vicesima Sp. z o.o. does not sell or disclose users' personal or address data (including e-mail addresses) to third parties. Data may be entrusted only to processors acting on our instructions — such as our hosting provider — under a data processing agreement and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
What data we collect
- Contact data provided voluntarily by e-mail or telephone — typically name, e-mail address, phone number and company name. Used to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit, recorded in server logs to keep the site secure and working correctly.
- Statistical data from analytics tools — collected only after consent has been given (see the cookies section).
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer an enquiry or prepare a quote.
Cookies and IP address
This website uses cookies — small text files stored on the user's device. We divide them into two categories:
- Essential — required for the site to work correctly and securely, including remembering your cookie decision. No consent is required.
- Analytics — used for anonymous traffic statistics that help us improve the site. They start only after consent is given in the banner; by default they are switched off.
You can change your cookie decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also set the conditions for storing cookies in your browser; restricting them may, however, make the site harder to use.
The Google map embedded on the contact page loads only after you deliberately click the button. Until then, no data is sent to Google.
How long we keep data
- commercial correspondence — for the duration of the discussions and up to 3 years afterwards (the limitation period for claims),
- data relating to a concluded contract — for the period required by tax and accounting law (as a rule 5 years),
- server logs — usually up to 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to info@vicesima.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
Commercial messages
We send information about our offer only to people who have consented to it or who are in a commercial relationship with us. You can opt out at any time by replying to the message or writing to info@vicesima.com.
Copyright
The materials on the Vicesima Sp. z o.o. website — texts, graphics and studies — are protected by copyright and may not be used on other websites without our consent.
Changes to this policy
Vicesima Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend this privacy policy, except for provisions on the protection of personal data to the extent that a change would worsen the user's position.
